Goldendoodle Characteristics: Goldendoodles are generally intelligent, trainable, very human oriented, yet friendly toward other dogs.

Grooming: Your Goldendoodle will need to be brushed weekly and trimmed every 2 to 3 months.

History: In the 1990s breeders in both North America and Australia began crossing golden retrievers with standard poodles. The original purpose of the cross was to attempt to develop guide dogs suitable for visually impaired individuals with allergies.

What will they look like?: Our first Goldendoodle will be bred from our Buffy to our Sebastian in late 2012 to early 2013. We are predicting a white Goldendoodle with an average size of 30 pounds at maturity.
